Current Seminars Seminars By Date Seminars By Region Objectives Schedule Faculty

INTRODUCTION

Designed for nurses and presented by an experienced nurse educator, this seminar presents a wealth of information in a logical, progressive format which minimizes frustration and promotes success. Supervised practice sessions are included throughout both days, and clinical application of abnormal findings is stressed. Attendance at this seminar will increase the participant's confidence and competence in performing this complex and vital skill.

NOTE: Attendance for both days is highly recommended. If a participant can only attend one day, it should be Day One. Day One is a prerequisite for Day Two.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This seminar is intended for critical care and emergency department nurses, as well as those working on medical / surgical floors and in post-anesthesia care units.
